About the Role:

In this role, you are the driving force behind smart, efficient, and customer-focused demand and supply planning across multiple warehouses and sales channels. You ensure that our products are always available at the right time and in the right place.

You and your team take ownership of forecasting, planning, inventory management, and supplier relationships, continuously balancing optimal stock levels, minimal out-of-stock risks, and healthy stock rotation. With your strategic mindset and data-driven approach, you actively identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

In addition, you lead an organization of 5 direct reports and approximately 35 in-direct colleagues, enabling scalable, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple countries. You know how to inspire teams, build strong collaboration, and elevate performance.

Your success is reflected in high forecast accuracy, strong service levels, healthy inventory, and continuously improving planning processes.

Job Description

About your Tasks:

• Lead end-to-end demand and supply planning to ensure accurate forecasts, optimal inventory levels, and strong product availability across all markets and warehouses.
• Drive inventory performance by minimizing out-of-stock risks, improving stock rotation, and effectively managing forced purchases.
• Embed data-driven forecasting and planning processes, continuously improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure supply continuity, mitigate risks, and strengthen operational collaboration.
• Lead and develop a team (5 direct, 35 indirect reports), fostering capability building and high performance.
• Act as a key connector across the organization, driving strong internal stakeholder management to align demand, supply, and operational priorities. Partner closely with Commercial Operations, Category Management, Strategic Procurement, Logistics, and Pharma Operations to ensure seamless coordination of demand plans, supply continuity, and warehouse capacities. Engage with senior leadership across Operations & Supply Chain to align on planning strategies, performance targets, and business priorities.

Qualifications

About you:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent field. 
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management. 
• Ability to analyse and interpret planning, inventory, and supply data to drive decisions. 
• Proven experience leading teams and driving cross‑functional alignment in a supply chain environment. 
• Demonstrated success managing multi‑warehouse or multi‑country planning operations. 
• Experience in e-commerce environment
